  • Great at trainee level, could be more competitive with equivalent US firms at NQ level associates and upwards.

  • Very good remuneration as in most US City law firms, though no 'extra' perks, e.g. Contributions to language classes or personal internet connection, etc.

  • The pay has remained the same for trainees since 2008. Trainees do not receive bonuses.
