The long/unpredictable hours.
First year traineeHelpful?Sometimes communication between HR and trainees is not top notch and there are delays in getting messages across.

The qualification process for my intake (only a few months ago) was a particularly stressful time, made harder by the lack of communication and the unnecessarily long amount of time it took to communicate decisions.
