  • The lack of communication when decisions are being made. The qualification process for my intake (only a few months ago) was a particularly stressful time, made harder by the lack of communication and the unnecessarily long amount of time it took to communicate decisions.

  • Pay is not at US levels, the hours can be very long at times in the transactional departments, poor communication is still an issue sometimes.
