• There is a great mix at the firm, and we have female equity partners, including one who works part time.

• I think the firm does very well in terms of diversity, e.g. there are an increasing number of women at the firm, there is lots of variety in terms of nationality, where people studied, etc. The maternity policy has just improved as well.
