  • The good thing about Enterprise Rent-A-Car is that they are innovative when it comes to perks. When I was a branch manager I ran a sales competition one month and I asked each employee what they wanted as a top prize so they were all going for something that mattered to them. The employee that won had selected a haircut and manicure at the local salon. She was absolutely determined to get it and her sales figures were through the roof that month... Recently one of my in-house team worked overtime to sort out some issues for a customer, so I arranged for her and her boyfriend to have a take away at the weekend to make up for it. She was over the moon.

  • Staff are encouraged to arrange hospitality events, in the last month I have attended three large sporting hospitality events with accounts. Company car, a great moving policy, a few free dinners, you could arrange more, all of it is in your own hands, if you want to take accounts out to lunch every day, you can!

  • Super star days out once a month for top performers and also European breaks for consecutive top performers.

  • Within my job, I am invited on the occasional hospitality event with vendors such as the races, spa day or a concert.

  • Company offers no perks at all – everything that is given such as a company car, BUPA coverage, etc. Is paid for through our tax.

  • If you do not take any days off sick during the year our company allows us to take 5 additional day’s holiday, known as choice days. This is a great benefit for employees who are rarely ill. In my role I am also entitled to a company car, and relocation expenses are also paid for should I need to relocate due to a promotion.

  • Company car at branch manager level. You are free to set up and go on as many marketing events you would like. These can incorporate football matches, nights out, go-carting, paint balling, etc. As long as we are entertaining clients the money is well spent. We do also have relocation packages for managers.

  • We have a choice of company cars, and the sales reward dinners are always fun and exciting to be part of.

  • On occasion, we have an evening meal and/or night out with our employees, which is really fun and provides a good opportunity for everyone to socialise. We have lunches on a one to one basis with our employees on occasion, which provides a great opportunity to talk in a more informal setting. We also have teambuilding events like bowling which is really good fun as it brings out everyone's competitive spirit. In the past, we have had large parties to celebrate milestone achievements for the company, and also a Winter Ball which is an opportunity to dress up and have a fun night out with your colleagues across the entire division.

  • In my role, enjoying hospitality events we run for our clients! Apart from that I think private medical is good, and the employee assistance programme where you can get all sorts of advice is fantastic.
