Branches and areas are made to work with inadequate staffing levels which can be incredibly frustrating knowing you could do more a lot of the time. This can lead to long hours working late in some cases. With more staff the branches could perform better in all areas of our business and make the cost up no problem, but very senior managers are oblivious to struggles and don't listen and if I'm honest don't seem to care a great deal as long as the personnel number is X on the statement.Area ManagerHelpful?
