  • There is not a lot I don't like about working at Enterprise. It can be tiring and demanding but it’s always worth it in the end.

  • The hours, which are typically long compared to most of my peers, and the limiting dress code.

  • Hmmm – I think this is a personal one as it will vary from one person to the next. I probably work more hours than my peers at other companies – but that is my personal choice. I also out earn them substantially.

  • I would like to see more women in level 4 positions, and our standard hours becoming more in line with most UK companies.

  • The hours can be long. You will be expected to clean and wash cars. Drive cars around to collect and deliver.

  • I cannot really think of any to be honest. Most people would probably say the amount of hours we work, but I am not afraid of hard work and don't really mind this.

  • Working hours – not so much the total hours worked, but more the lack of flexi-hours. Pay structure – although the commission structure can work in your favour when the company is very profitable, it can also result in earnings that are much lower than anticipated.

  • Buying expensive shoes in your first year that get ruined by car washing! I keep forgetting to eat lunch when busy as I get so involved in what I am doing.

  • As your pay is directly linked to your performance, it makes you want to work harder and put in extra hours. Anything less than excellent performance is not good enough to get you to the next level.

  • Branches and areas are made to work with inadequate staffing levels which can be incredibly frustrating knowing you could do more a lot of the time. This can lead to long hours working late in some cases. With more staff the branches could perform better in all areas of our business and make the cost up no problem, but very senior managers are oblivious to struggles and don't listen and if I'm honest don't seem to care a great deal as long as the personnel number is X on the statement.
