Trainee Retention
How do you feel about qualifying?
2012 Reviews
The firm aims to take on 100% of trainees and usually will try to find a place for you if your applications for your choices were unsuccessful. Although I think that my options will be competitive, I think I have a good chance of staying.

Second year traineeHelpful?I can't wait to qualify and I know my firm will do everything they can to find me a job that I'll be happy to accept.
First year traineeHelpful? It all depends on where there are jobs and where my colleagues want to go.
First year traineeHelpful?Good retention rates, firm is keen to keep good people and recognises hard work.
First year traineeHelpful?Depends on the offers and department availabilities.
Second year traineeHelpful? There seem to be plenty of jobs - the only question being whether there will always be jobs in the departments I want to be in.
